I think it is a really good thing that Jets fans don't actually have anything to do with how the team plays. I know that the Jets have not produced a lot over the last forty years. There seems to be no pleasing some "Jets" fans. Maybe I don't get it, but to my way of thinking your either a fan or your not. If you feel so burned that you never have positive feelings about anything concerning the team anymore, maybe, just maybe it's time to move on. There are newer franchises out there that need dedicated fans, some of them are even winners. Why keep torturing yourselves and the ones of us who faithfully follow the Jets, win or lose. Just buy you a different jersey and start rooting for another team. If I can become a Jets fan in Alabama you can surely become a Titans fan or a Panthers fan or even a Patriots fan. Do it for yourself and the rest of us...don't let the door knob hit you where the good lord split you.
