all i have to say is that if chad goes down, we're looking at 1999 all over again
2003 was different how? We had a veteran backup in 2003.
In 99 we had a D that kept us in games.

I'm ok with Ricky Ray as a backup. The weird thing is that Herm keeps calling Brooks Bolinger the #2 and Ray the #3. He's got to flip that around. BB was a waste of a sixth round pick.

I never saw Ray play being in the CFL but the scouting reports I have read and the fact he was able to lead his team to Grey Cup in Canada I am positive about him.
Bollinger is a rookie still-no live meaningful experience unless you count exhibition games last year.-Herm I hope is just giving a line when he says he is number 2

Doesn't change the Fact that Ray was 6-3 and scored more points
than the Vet!! Ray had 14 tds with 6 picks and the second to the
last Game beat Miami 38-31..Nice Jet D in that one!! ;)

A vet who got close to zero snaps the prior 9 months, and little to no snaps in the preseason. How was he supposed to look early in the season?

My point is...it couldn't be much worse with young kids then it was last year. 6 and 10 can be achieved by both old and young.
