I looked it up a while back... and the only other NFL player I could find recovering from a Fibula break was Michael Bush... and he had multiple surgeries and his entire rookie year on the IR to get back to speed. It was a 2 year injury.

If you set a broken bone well it'll be fine. I'm not worried about this injury's physical effects on Leon at all.
