Way to break it down. |
I like Flacco, but it's between Ryan and Sanchez. Right now the Jets are surrounding Sanchez with a great team. Falcons are still so,so. Out of the three, Sanchez is in the best situation. If Falcons can surround Ryan with the same talent as the Jets, he will be awesome.

Arm strength
Flacco 1 Mark 2 Ryan 3
Agreed 100% Ryan's got a terribly weak arm.
Accuracy Mark 1 Ryan 2 Flacco 3
Ryan at this point is much more accurate than Sanchez. Ryan:1 Mark:2 Joe:3
Footwork Mark 1 Ryan 2 Flacco 3
Playoff performance Mark 1 Ryan 2 Flacco 3
 Mark made it to the AFC champ game this year. Flacco made it his rookie campaign, and he beat the patriots this year. Flacco:1 Mark:2 Ryan:3
Moxie/playmaking ability Mark 1 Flacco 2 Ryan 3
Hard to disagree even though it's a bit too early to tell for any of the three in this category.
Turnovers Ryan 1 Flacco 2 Mark 3
Right now I agree, but I see Mark being able to jump the list after a year under his belt. ------------- All those rankings later, I actually think Flacco will have the best career of the group. I hope I'm wrong, and I hope it's Mark...but as of right now, I see Joe being the best QB of the three. The most winningest? Mark without a doubt. He's got a great young team around him, and with Rex and Tanny, I trust Mark will be winning for a long time. Last edited by greenwichjetfan; 03-18-2010 at 10:34 AM. |

I think Sanchez plays on the best team, but individually I'd go with Ryan.

NO.... I'm not voting for Sanchez just to be a "homer". I believe that of the 3 QB's listed, Sanchez is the QB in the BEST place to be for success. With the recent acquisition of Tomlinson (a pass-catching 3rd down back) it shows not only that the Jets are building the offense to better suit Sanchez, but that they are making a commitment to seeing him succeed.

Flacco = ben rothelisberger (he won't have the stats but he will have the rings)
Ryan = Philip rivers (have stats but not championship) sanchez = manning (stats but one or less championship) you guys do know that flacco happens to have one of, if not, the best gms in the NFL. Do you really think he will let that defense go poo poo. Even if Ray or Ed retires they still got ngata suggs landry and Ladarius webb (google him). I swear people make me laugh. |
