Brunnel is terrible and old. For gods sakes we must be able to do better than that. I don't mind the idea of a vet back up at all but lets at least get someone with an arm that is breathing.

i was watching a saints game last year and they mentioned he was the backup and i was so surprised because i thought he had been out of the league a couple of years

Brunell would be a nice addition because we really need a veteran backup at QB. Bulger would be another option as well but we need someone with some real experience tutoring Sanchez. Hell why don't we just bring back Vinny :yes:!!

As nuts as this may sound. He was the holder for the Saints last year during FG's. Anyone think that maybe Clemens would still be on the roster but after some fumbles last year they'd use Brunell to hold?

Sounds crazy, but who knows.
