LOL. That's great, and wisdom I will share with my son in a few moments over dinner. Apache, you would not believe the ziti (actually mezze penne rigate, which is my preference) I just took out of the oven. My home smells like heaven. Hope you're having a great Sunday.

Sometimes I make a Bolognese sauce. If I do put sausage, I take them out of the casing, make sausage "meatballs" (a trick I discovered to make my son eat sausage when he was young), brown them, then cook them with the sauce. I won't put them into the ziti, but serve on the side.

I baked off a peach crumble earlier from fruit we picked a few days ago. Just about to serve it up to my wife and son. I'm sure it will taste extra good to my wife knowing peaches and plums have compounds which destroy breast cancer cells. Oh, the chicks in the spots are really cute.
