This article is a joke.. the woman who wrote it obviously has an ax to grind. I couldn't care less how many kids Cro has... $3500 a month in "support" sounds like plenty to me.
+1, this is "journalism" at its worst.

No we won't.

This is a payback/tabloid trash piece by the Post in retaliation for Favre's dick pick story being kicked up just in time for tonight's match up. Nobody will care about Cromartie, his kids and baby mama's after he's done being a NY Jet or playing in the NFL.

Like I said just look at who wrote this article, then look up her other articles like the ones on Lindsay Lohan & Paris Hilton.

I think Cromartie & Co. is pretty smart & sees through this cheap smoke screen too. Good luck tonight and shut'em down Antonio. The more you win, the more free promotional stuff you'll get to give to your families and kids, LOL! :D

The decisions Cromartie made don't affect me at all. They're HIS choices and HIS responsiblities he'll have to account for his whole life. I don't have to like him as a person to respect what he does.

Same goes for Revis. As a person, he comes off as a greedy narcissit who only cares about himself and his money. But he's the best at what he does on the field.

I don't have to like these players as people, as long as they're playing well for the team I love, I really couldn't care less.
First of all, I have seen nothing to indicate Cromartie actually graduated from Florida State. He left after his junior year and it is not listed on his own website. Even if he did graduate, his major was social science - not exactly the highest paying profession.

Second, I don't know if he is an actual moron, but he has displayed moronic behavior (over and over) with respect to women and children. Until I see evidence that he has changed his behavior, I expect it will continue.

Third, there are plenty of good single fathers out there. They care for their children and provide for them financially and emotionally. Hopefully, Cro will pull it off, but his history suggests otherwise.
There you go again stereotyping for your own amusement.

1- Lots of High School grads plus those with a few years of college have made positive contributions to society. They also have taken care of their families.

2- you are the guy that said he was a moron. If you were in his shoes, how different would you be? Have you ever seen him with a woman and mistreating them? What has he done wrong with regards to children? Once again you are assuming and stereotyping a man for your own selfish or bigoted reasons. Why not leave the stereotyping to the media?

3- what proof do you have that CRO does not take care of his kids financially and emotionally? Because you read a biased article written by a sensationalist -writer, does not make you an expert or intelligent.

I see you also are stereotyping college grads with a degree in Social Science. They don't make much money. Err do you know all people that have graduated with a degree in Soc. Sci.? If not then how do you know how much a person can or will make with that degree? I think you are an elitist based upon your predudiced positions and use of stereotyping to prove a point. Case closed!

Tell you what, if the Jets win tonight...and Cromartie plays well...I'll take one of his kids off his hands for him. I'll raise him as my own.

Let's see eight more of you step up.

You call yourselves Jets fans.

1. While there are certainly plenty of high school graduates/GED/Community College people who are productived members of society, I was responding to a post that said he had his degree and would have a high enough income to support his family.

2. He was a moron for failing to use condoms. There are plenty of women out there looking to get knocked up by professional athletes. When you have something to lose, it is your job to protect it. By not using condoms, he was a moron.

3. He has 9 kids by 8 different women that he is morally obligated to support emotionally and legally obligated to support financially. Financially, it is an enormous nut that he faces. A "normal" job won't cut it. Lets say he needs to contribute $1000 per month (not a huge amount) towards each child not living with him, he will need to pull in a huge income to provide for his children properly.

Finally, as for my comment about social sciences graduates and income, I stand behind it. It is not based upon stereotyping. It is not a value judgment. There are plenty of good jobs that do not pay very much; there are plenty of worthless, from a society point of view, jobs that play very well - the cast of Jersey Shore and Paris Hilton come to mind.

Professionally, I have had a lot of contact with social workers. They do invaluable work and have very difficult (in some cases impossible) jobs. In my experience, people go into social work because they believe they are making the world a better place. The fact that they do not get rich is not a shot at them.
