Good thread. Had mine recently, clean as a whistle! And not really a big deal.

Only a moron avoids this.

QFT & E. I had mine in my late 30s as it was precipitated by multiple ulcers.

I also had a PSA done early as my dad had prostate cancer at an early age (50).

Don't put it off guys. Seriously serious here.

Definitely agree with this.

I'm 22, but unfortunately, for various reasons, two years ago the doctor said I should get one for some issues I was having (won't get into that).

Kinda freaked me out, but thankfully I was cleared of anything and just had to take some medications for a little while.

You don't feel anything. Even after you wake up, you don't really experience any soreness.

Don't think of it as being violated, or a insult towards your manhood. It's necessary.

I'm 34 soon to be father of 2, and has polypes removed once already. I have a digestive disease and only got noticed during a colonoscopy about 4 years ago. So even a healthy 30 yr old could only benefit from this. It's no joke. Easy test, they sedate you, and you blow farts for an hour straight. No pain whatsoever.

Is this true? I thought it was just "exploratory" to see if there is bad news. IS the bowell actually cleansed during the process?

I was initially dreading this, but you guys make it appear made bearable. Just turned 37, so it's on the horizon. Never had a problem with the doots though, ever.

No need to get into my situation when this is all so easy. The worst part is and I can attest to this is that there are no signs of truble until its to late.
