Since it can't play nice, any post by kelly will be deleted from this thread, unless another mod objects. Sorry kelly, but too many people took umbrage to your behavior in the last thread.

To get things kicked off, here's a photo I took of Vince Lombardi's grave site on the morning of Super Bowl 45. Lombardi is buried in a cemetery in NJ, and Packers fans decorated his grave as a tribute.

I love this shot. Thank you, and congrats on such a great picture. The trimming is perfect on the left; just a glimpse of PACKER FAN ONLY perimeter tape. The ordinarily somber tombstone is now the site of a SuperBowl party. I get the feeling that Vince is at peace.

Yes; that is where refugees end up. Vietnamese, Salvadorans, homeless, trannies...just blocks below the swells up on Nob Hill. It is a ghey ghetto.

Thanks, it was definitely an interesting site. Coincidentally, his grave is right around the corner from my grandparents, so upon visiting them I saw a line of cars snaking up the hill towards Lombardi's tombstone. When I got there I saw about 10 Packers fans, standing around and talking about great games and unforgettable moments. It was a pretty cool pre-Super Bowl primer.

It was given that name because it looks like a tenderloin of beef on a map. Ironic name, yes.

Indeed. My favorite stretch of road in the summer when I take the bike to work. Just a bit further down the road you hit the crest of a hill and can see the road up ahead for about 2-3 miles. I usually hit about 100 - 120...wakes you up better than a strong cup of joe!!

BTW...you know you've been spending too much time on JI.........I took this pic and though "Look! My son is channeling PaulieC!" lolz
