I didn't read the article but have seen some information that he has moved his arms, etc...I wonder if he is making progress because of his physical conditioning.....

Muscle atrophies pretty fast. I'm no expert but would imagine that whatever edge his athletic training gave him only helped initially. Physical therapy conditions him at a different level now with different goals. Most likely that's what's working for him, hopefully with more good news ahead.

Great stuff, he's getting there. I read last week that he's regaining movement in his arms. Pretty incredible.

Of course, that doesn't mean he'll walk again, but after such a devastating injury this is all gravy.
