Andrew Luck
I'm hearing all over the place about this can't miss prospect of the decade and talking about this kid like he is already going to be the best QB in the NFL.
I don't watch much college, is this kid THAT special? The analysts are comparing him to the hype of Peyton during his college career. Is he really on that level? |

He plays on a non-football power with only a handful of NFL prospects and he dominates Va. Tech in the Orange Bowl.

Luck has literally everything you look for in a franchise QB. The size, the arm, the accuracy, the intelligence, the pocket presense, the leadership, the clutch gene...it's all there. The guy isn't just the best QB prospect since Manning, he's arguably the best since Elway. |

I dont usually watch the QBs and Luck is impossible to miss. He's a game changer and easy 1 overall prospect. think about the last few drafts, he's easily better than Newton, Bradford, Stafford and those guys all went 1. its a QB league and he's got what they want.

As for Luck, he's no Elway or Marino, but he is a good college qb. Won't be better than Ryan or Stafford imo. |

Luck is far beyond where both Ryan and Stafford were at the same point in their careers. They're not in the same class as prospects. Luck is a 70% passer. The difference between him and other 70% college passers is that he's playing in what's as close as it gets to an "NFL style" offense in college football. He's also throwing to receivers that are physically outmatched by the guys that are covering them. It's sick. It really is. |

Kellen Moore will be lucky to go before the 5th round. Meanwhile, Luck could completely seperate his throwing shoulder tomorrow and still be guaranteed to be the #1 overall pick. |

Guys like Luck are literally once in a generation prospects.
Unless you have a true elite at the QB position (Brady, Manning, Rodgers, Brees) then there is no logical way that you can pass on a prospect of his caliber. This isn't Brady Quinn, JaMarcus Russell, or Tim Tebow that we're talking about here. This isn't even the Stafford's, Ryan's, Flacco's or Sanchez' of the next level. This is legitimately the best QB prospect since Peyton. Hell, arguably the best since Elway. If you have even the least bit of uncertainty regarding your QB situation, then you would be a complete and utter jackass to pass on Andrew Luck. Period. |

He is great in the college game. Accurate and he really does have everything you look for in a QB. That being said, the NFL is whole new world. The difference between college and the pros, is EVERYONE is fast in the pros...EVERYONE. You definitely draft the kid. There is no way you pass him up. Let's see what he can do with the big boys.
