Yes you can definitely sell them, actually before you get a place to store anything, sell everything except what you need. Get 5000 gold, and see the jarl's steward so you can buy a house in Whiterun.

After that you can save the bones and scales to use later for dragon armor, or sell some. There definitely isn't any shortage of dragons to kill as you progress....it's all random.

They should show up under miscellaneous I think in the merchant/player buy sell screen.

That has been the story of my life for two months...play Skyrim from 8pm to midnight. Wake up at 4am. Slog my way through the work day. Rinse & repeat....

Its even more immersive playing whilst stoned. I'd turn down all of the lights and light candles when exploring caves and dungeons; hearing all of the sounds bounce around through the surround sound system just adds to the experience....

I haven't yet, although I have heard that it is awesome looking/creepy as **** - not to mention a major pain in the ass - how exactly do you get in there?

No but heard you can summon a specific dragon by using a shout on some strung orangle globe surrounding the entrance or tower.

If you haven't tried it yet, go up to one of those Giants, they are pretty easy to kill.....

The first few times I tried to kill them I got launched into orbit, lol....from then on I ran away like a little girl anytime I came near them. However once you level up and get some better weapons with enchantments, they go down much easier.

I would say once you're around Level 20 or so it should be easier, my most reliable weapon type has been any enchanted bow that does fire damage.
