HAH! I chose "Dust" over "Full House" (which is a GREAT record).
magicdickonthelickingstick!
One of the broads that used to work for me was Peter Wolf's niece. She took me and a few friends to see J. Geils at the China Club back in 2000, we hung out with the band backstage after the show. Pretty sure we did a few rails, but it was a long time ago. Great friggin show, real small club |

J. Geils was one of the best live act you could ever see.
I just saw them 2 years ago at the Borgata in AC and they were still good. |

I can only imagine how thrilling that was; I saw Jumba's fav band, the Radiators, play a house party near Columbia; or it was a small venue around 1984...they played a medley of theirs plus a Jacksons song and burned that place down. Still my favorite moment up there with the Who at Shea w the Clash and Johannsen. |

You don't get it, which is fine. Go find something more suitable to your taste. |

Sorry my friend, I got it then. A West Coast rip off of what the Sex Pistols did in London. And there was some great LA punk in the early 80's.

Great. Respect your opinion. But, to correct you, The Plasmatics were an East Coast band. Also, IMO, they took punk/trash metal to another level. |

But since we're on the topic, my favorite expression of the genre is:

The Rolling Stones
Aftermath cracks me up, I think I listened to it on cassette tape every night for 2 months straight in junior high. (I had this amazing box that would play one side of the tape, then automatically play the other side.) "I Am Waiting" was my favorite song, loved hearing a snippet of it in "Rushmore". Other songs on it are so bad that they're good. And if I was still awake by the time "Going Home" was playing, I was due for nightmares. ------ Maybe Tattoo You might be underrated among stones fans, because of how much I enjoy the songs that aren't singles, mostly Side 2 stuff. And "Sway" is also an underrated song from a not underrated album, Sticky Fingers. I think it's the greatest track the Stones ever laid down and much of its greatness is due to the guy Keith Richard drove out of the band out of jealousy, Mick Jones. Mick is a fag. Keith is a douche. Ronnie and Charlie are boss. Wyman is/was weird. No idea if he's still alive. *** END STONES RANT NOW*** Largely underrated album? Here you go...
