You just keep being yourself and ignore those who are socially inept and insulting. I believe that we can choose to leave JI as well to get away from this crap, but there are too many good posters (no, not TJ) that make this place positive. Internet tough guys act this way because they can't in real life.

Just choose who you interact with, and let the mods deal with the rest. I get enough insultive rhetoric at work that makes this guy pee wee league.

I think the mods are fine. They can't all be around 24/7. This also an adult forum. Other forums you can't post your own ideas and beliefs without punitive action from admin types.

Honestly, I just lost my temper a bit that day. I knew what I was doing and deserved the ban. The poster using "idiots" in that thread bothered me for some reason (he's cool with me BTW). That's nothing compared to the racist twaddle foisted in this sewer trap.
