This is mark last chance. From all reports, it looks like he is ready for the challange.

I still think Tebow is the starting qb by october, but if Mark can play well when the bullets start flying, then leave him in there.
"Ryan, Sparano, general manager Mike Tannenbaum and owner Woody Johnson have all made it clear that Sanchez is the starting quarterback, without question. Even if the backup is one of the most popular guys on the planet."

This says it all. Being the most popular hardly qualifies someone to play a position.
They also said without a doubt schotty will be here in 2012........;).................just sayin

No matter which side of this QB issue your on, this make or break time for Dirty. Towards the end of last year Mark was pretty God awful at times , times when we most needed him to step up.
This is the year he truly becomes a starter or a very solid back up QB for some nice NFC team for the rest of his career.
Make no mistake either ,this is about Mark and not Tebow,it's Mark's job to lose and not Tim's to win! Hope the kid comes thru, but excuses for anything other the success will not go over well with the fans, media, or the Jets for that matter.

But do you go to church on Saturday evening or day... Both Catholic and Jewish faiths follow the thinking that "eccuminacally" sunday starts at dusk on saturday evening.
true story

That said, we should all hope for Sanchez's success this year and you" week 6ers" can go get fahqed. In the biblical since of course.

The Bible says New Testament believers met on Sundays, in recognition of Christ's resurrection Easter Sunday . . .

Am I crazy in thinking of Tebow as insurance? They extended Sanchez but also brought in Tebow... that tells me the FO is committed to Mark but hedging their bets ... they can't afford another fail like that at the end if the season.

I agree with that line of thought... sort of like putting in Brunell or McElroy if Mark breaks a leg. Not the best option but the best available.

I think the real issue is the FO doesn't think Sanchez has the goods. Tebow and ground n pound might be different attacks, but they have one thing in common--- they take the ball out of Sanchez' hands. Is that a good thing? Bad thing? For the franchise?

Disagree...... So if we're say 3 and 4 bring in TIM? Really?

I'll become a GIANTS fan if that happens.

the Sabbath is fri sundown to sat sundown...............while we Christians can meet anytime...............The Sabbath in the 10 commandments is referring to the time frame i said..........The Catholics changed it to Sunday and even admit so in doing in their cathchnoemism (sp).

Their is no biblical scripture showing the day was changed from Saturday to Sunday.

Now if we are 3-4 and mark has 8 TD's and 2 INT's then I say no.......

Everything is up to mark and his stats.

You say??? Real fans docaremark credence to what you say. It appears you would give Tebow oral if given the opportunity. You are such a Tebow homer it tells usually we need to know.

I was in the store the other day looking for a couple of football magazines. One that stood out was headlined on the cover-

Jets: The Circus Continues

Unfortunately, that does sum it up of late. A team that struggled last season and adds a cult hero QB along with all of the other crap already going on. Would love to be like the Giants for a change. No fanfare, No loud mouth coach, just play football, and suddenly wins a superbowl.

Give me that verse. I'd love to see it. In fact I'd love to see any reference to Easter, or Sunday, and love to know what bunnies, and eggs have to do with it.

Easter is the Roman fertility celebration, and Sunday is clearly the day to worship the Sun god. Either way Jesus and his disciples/apostles were Jewish and observed the sabbath on the last day of the week, as God did, no matter what you'd like to call it.

Basically you can give people a new religion, but you have a harder time taking away their holidays, so you just rename them.

I guess if you don't pay attention, and just read headlines, then that's what you would believe.

Agreed. Sanchez is the BY FAR, best QB In camp and Tebow seems to know it too and is not causing this. he draws attention by no fault of his own.
