Rush - Clockwork Angels

Picked it up on Tuesday and have listened to it about 6 times so far. These guys are just ridiculous. No slowing down for them. Notable track mention is 'The Garden'. Spine-chilling melodies. :D

Anyone else check it out yet?

(yes I know some are gonna chime in and crap on Rush, so give it a rest and go to the soccer forum or something)

Great album. Hard to believe almost 40 years later, these guys are still putting out great music. While The Garden has grown on me, and it is a good song...it is still one of my least favorites, along with Halo Effect. Still decent songs, though. Seven Cities of Gold and the title track are absolutely superb...with the latter being perhaps the finest moment of the album. Another favorite is The Alchemist...I get a big Grace Under Pressure vibe from the track.

Makes me wonder why Sirius-XM has no progressive station.

Not yet...will get today. I am pretty darn close to getting backstage at Charlotte. my client is a golf pro and gives Alex lessons a few times a year.

I saw them 2x last summer...probably 10 times since 1979 .
