Try a few pushups or pullups--that should loosen it up a bit.

Bunch of dicks on this bored.

Really John?

Dimitri is much funnier. This is the Hampur, you come for medical advice, it will not end well.

Consider yourself lucky if that's just starting to happen to you now

You should hear my shoulder...sounds like there's a bowl of Rice Crispies in there when I move it. Years of cranking on pipe wrenches.

FWIW...the shoulder pain could be because of you jamming your collarbone and wrist. Sometimes it happens in the NFL...the announcers will say the QB has a "stinger".

Get an X-Ray, especially at your advanced age. I took a similar tumble and
wrote off the nagging pain for 6 months, with the help of a lot of gin.
When the clicking emanating from my shoulder did not go away,
I decided to see a Doc in the Box for help. Turns out it was broken, and my body made the correction by dropping my shoulder so the fractured ends didn't hit to cause any pain. But in the 6 months or so, the ends of the break grew knotty and misshapen. Ended up having some bone from my hip taken off and grafted onto the broken clavicle after the knotty ends had been cut back. Year later opened up again to remove the steel brackets from the graft. To this day my "fixed" shoulder is 3/8" shorter than the natural side. Go to get it checked out.
Or book a night at the Holdiay Inn Express.

I broke my collarbone when I was about three when I ran into a chair.

Obviously not the brightest kid in the sandbox.

Thanks for the many chuckle worthy replies. I'm still sitting here on my couch... My fingers are tingling now. Probably better head out. I really hate hospitals. Canadian health care sucks

No, the tingling is a good thing, that's just the injury healing itself.

Wow, you got lucky.

Yes, we all know he's better than me at everything.

I think more like "some people show their true colors in threads like these".

This is a good example of why today's society sucks.
