I AM SooooooooOOOOO Psyched!!!!!!!!

I can't wait for this season to 'take off'. (heh)

I really do have a good feeling about this year. I don't know why. I really think this team is going to show marked improvement. (heh heh)

I'm going to go up to camp on the 28th. I want to get a new Nike Mangold jersey. You should look for me. I'll be the guy in the Jets t-shirt.

I'm more cautiously optimistic overall. But I am thrilled about the potential this defense has. Mangold is a good choice. I'm jealous, all I am doing for vacation this year is a 4 day trip to Reno for a wedding, and that's it.

Positive attitude is always good, counters some of the negative.

I'm pumped about the defense. Offensive line can't play worse, if that's a positive

the feeling is probably just gas. let it out and you`ll feel better. just be careful when you let it out. might have the Jets upcoming season follow the gas.

I think our Defense will be really, really, really, really, good. The additions to the front 7 are tantalizing.

Very concerned about our offense.

Exactly how I feel. I smell an 8-8 season. More excited about the Knicks TBH.

I admit it's still a cause for concern, but I think there are reasons to believe that the O-line will improve upon last year's performance:
  • Ferguson - Last year's poor performance is the aberration at this point, so hopefully he'll return to form this season
  • Slauson - Played hurt much of last year. Hopefully offseason surgery cured what was ailing him.
  • Mangold - Hopefully won't miss that many games due to injury again
  • Moore - Was coming off of surgery to both hips last year and still played fairly well.
I'm not sure how much hope we should have that Hunter will show any improvement, but maybe if they give him a little more help in pass protection than they did last season, he won't get Sanchez killed.

we played like sh!t most of last season and still finished 8-8.

with a revamped defense and a Schitty-less offense, the Jets should get to at least 10 wins.

This is along my thinking. AFCS and NFCW couldn't have come at a better time.

I hate to say it out loud, but with the schedule, Schotty being gone, and Rex' new atitude, I think 12-4 is doable. Just afraid the Pats will be 13-3 with their easy schedule too. We would have to sweep them to have a chance at the division.Looking for a Josh Bush jersey. Anyone know where I can get one. Plenty of backup QB jerseys out there.

+1

I think the Jets remain in the top-5 on defense, but unless Hill is a factor right out of the gate, this offense doesn't look like it has the horses to win games by itself when it's necessary. That formula screams 10-6.

Still really excited about the season. Jets drafted some potential difference-makers in the first three rounds this year and can't wait to see if those guys can deliver some hope.

Plus it's year 4 for the QB, so the only way the Sanchez/Eli comparisons continue beyond this year is if the Jets come home with the trophy...

I also believe the team will be much better this season. I believe the defense has abgreat chance at being number 1 this season. Barring injury, I definitely believe they'll be a higher rank than number 5 this season.

I also believe the addition of Tim Tebow will make this team better on offense and ST's. The team has missed Brad Smith since he left via FA. Well, now they have Tebow who is every bit as versatile and talented as Brad Smith ever was, but he also has a penchant for making big plays. It really is very BIG to have another Brad Smith on this team and I think it will pay dividends almost immediately and throughout the season.

If Sanchez can start to play some even decent football, the Jets offense should show marked improvement.
