Yeah, the good caddies can watch you strike the ball for two holes and then simply hand you a club that has just the right distance.

Had this one caddie at Bay Hill last year who would always tell you a specific club, but 80% of the time he'd say "Just choke down on your 7 iron here". After a while, I just wanted to hit my 8 - I'm not really good enough to constantly be changing my swing. I'd rather hit a full shot and let the chips fall as they may.
