Yes but your "science thinkers" here aren't scientists, they're fiction writers. Roger Zelazny didn't even write science fiction, his was pure alternate reality fantasy. I wouldn't expect him to predict the future any better than my cat can.

Pretty funny though, watching some of the flat earthers in this thread dance on queue to the Fox pied piper.
