Mushrooms are awesome especially in pasta sauce or pizza.
Sandwich without tomatoes isn't right ...

This. I would not want to live in a world without mushrooms. Or tomatoes. Or green beans. Parsnips I can go either way on.

I hate tomatoes and mushrooms. In fact if they touch any part of my food snd then are removed I still can't eat it. I love tomato soup and sauce though. Wtf is that about.

I gotta say I've been using this place as a self help forum lately and **** is really starting to click. Thanks

Mushroom gravy no. I hate mushrooms in any form. I like beef chicken but pork gravy the best. I also like porkchops with sauerkraut. Those are great. Much better then that Mongolian **** you eat.

I make 3 different types of grill pork chops that are better than anything you've ever burnt.

What kind of brine do you use?

Having a BBQ tomorrow and my first appetizer is going to be grilled pork tenderloins (just put them in the brine 20 minutes ago)--one will be finished with a glaze of apricot jam and dijon mustard, the other molasses and dijon.
