Go try to tell anyone not involved with the Jets that Dustin Keller is a playmaker. He's a good player. He's not going to catch a pass on a simple drag route and turn that into a 20+ yard gain.

Still can't figure how you got out of that "three week vacation" Paulie promised you. My guess is some sweet ball-washing via PM.

Grow some skin or a sack.

Or better yet, ignore him.

Don't know if you are being serious or not but the game we are watching right now is the first game to be played on that surface. The surface was completely torn out and replaced this summer...The only thing that has happened on that field is a few concerts and a couple of the Bengals practices.

I was on that field a few weeks after it was replaced and it is a nice surface with plenty of "give". The problem, I believe, resides in the cleats these players are wearing now. The cleats are way too aggressive. Meaning look at the outer edge of the bottom and just how many spikes are there. Back in the day there were seven cleats on a shoe now there are four just on the outside edge and twelve across the entire shoe and this is just the one example I can find.

I have a really hard time believing that these new turf surfaces cause more injury than a natural surface.

in a run-oriented offense, he could wind up being more effective. especially with a suspect o-line. at usc, sanchez had time and was lethal. he's not the guy you want running around with the ball in one hand looking for open guys. that's when the fumbles happen.

Our O line is very bad - Not only do they not pass block, there are zero holes to run thru. Our defense is going to be on the filed a lot.

We have no starting caliber RB. Greene is not and has never been a starting quality RB

Our WR are below average if Holmes plays hard, awful if he mails it in.

We do not have a blocking TE.

Defense is solid against run and exposed repeatedly by TE and RB on pass routes. I hope Davis can play because we need speed. Coples looks promising.

Just in shock at how bad offensive line looked?

Didn't some engineering school break the light barrier this year ? All we need is a Delorian.

I'm convinced Tebow will one day figure out how to throw. He just too hard of a worker to completely fail as a passer.

He will never have Manning-like accuracy, but I just get the feeling he could have a career similar to Steve McNair.

Even when he had time, Turner seem like the only one getting open.

the defensive picks seem promising. we're seeing 3 consecutive years of drafting defense in the first round and not getting top OL or skilled positions.

the biggest issue this team has, is that since faneca and woody left they really can't run block. and no amount of self-searching for an identity can change it. the line can't run block, and the t-rich for conner and hartsock for anyone else at TE changes didn't help.

He is gonna have to somehow speed that release up.. It's way to slow at this point

What is more likely .. Sanchez breaking his bad learned check down habits .... Or tebow learning how to throw ... Both are uphill battles.
