I was very optimistic with a 10-6 originally.

But now after Saturday and this offense's ineptitude, I'm saying 7-9/6-10.

Honestly, until we see the final starting line up on offense and some of what the CS have up there sleeves with this hybrid wildcat offense, I would say predicting this year wins and loses is a crap shoot at this point.

Certainly willing to say it could not get much worst then what we have seen from the 1's in the first two preseason games. Yet, being hopeful, the offense could surprise everyone and be much improved over last year. We will just have to wait it out an see. I would say when the Steelers game is behind us we will know for sure just who and what the 2012 NYJets are all about.

Schillens and Hunter not being cut before the guaranteed money kicked in are going to kill them.

6-10, unless they sign a Right Tackle and a true #2 WR.

The defense will be good, but this is an offensive NFL.

They will sweep Miami and Buffalo, beat the Colts, and beat somebody else.

But no season is worth crap for the Jets unless they split with the Pats. The AFC crown runs through New England until Brady retires.

There are so many people on this board that are too damn sensitive to any kind of pessimism or optimism. Stay even keel, it's a long season and it hasn't even effing started yet! I said 10-6 after the first game and I'm staying with that. There schedule is weak this year after the first 5 games or so.
