If that were true, I'd be heading South.

Obviously, I'm all for it. Would love to have the opportunity to see the Jets live without having to travel all the way to the States. However, I can see how a lot of people don't like the idea, especially since there are so few home games per season, and I'm sure that a lot of the UK fans in favour of it would be crying were it their football club that would be losing games.

Won't be travelling to London to see the Jags, though..

You might want to try to get out of your little world.

San Antonio is a fantastic city in a state that has a growing economy.

Unlike NY, NJ, and CT (which tax companies and people until the squeel like a pig and move away), Texas is one of the states where companies are moving good jobs. In particular, Dallas and Austin are seeing a huge boom in tech employment.

I believe the NFL wants to move the Jaguars to L.A. The logistics of having a franchise year -round in London would be pretty daunting. Unless Roger is working on some type of Star-Trek transporter. This could be a ploy to gain some exposure for this team before the move West.

I want to live someplace that's running out of water.

Global is just plain dumb. If football in Europe is so great how come the whole league there folded. They like soccer, period. Plus the travel would be a killer. SF to London? Tokyo? Rome?
There are still U.S. cities which can bo opened - LA, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City, Portland.
Forget Latin America - crime.
Canada has some employment criteria. They do for the CFL.
Over expansion is the kiss of death in business. Why would football be different.
