More than a week?

Does that seem odd to anyone else.

More than a week ago (today is the 28th, a week ago exactly the 21st, so "more than a week" puts them in Lousiana and elsewhere on the 20th or earlier) is before the storm was even a storm. The first NOAA warning that a depression even existed was the morning of the 21st at 9:00 am, when it was well out in the Atlantic.

No offense, but the way the media has been playing up Tropical Storm Isaac far in excess of what it is, and making endless comparisons to Katrina, and now the President (who can apparently see the future) has FEMA in Lousiana for a storm before the storm even became a storm?

Does everything have to played up for political gain?

Inbound story about how Obama was so much better for Isaac than Bush was for Katrina in 3...2...1...

Heard that some in the media said that the Republican convention should be cancelled due to Isaac, because its a reminder of how Bush screwed up with Katrina.

I'm interested how and why a President would order FEMA to certain Gulf State locations before a Storm was even a Storm, and was located just off the African coast.

If you can't answer that question with facts, then you're only purpose here is a partisan one, and frankly I'm not interested in that.

There is a storm coming, the President ordered FEMA where it's expected to hit and now you're sh*tting on him for doing it.

The President Ordered FEMA to a specific location BEFORE the Storm existed as such, and BEFORE it was anywhere near the Untied States,and BEFORE there was any way to know "where it was expected to hit", per his own comment.

Explain how he did that please.

And just to be clear, no one is "S*itting on him" for sending FEMA to LA/MS/etc. He made a specific comment, I'd like that comment explained in greater detail, as the comment on it's own sounds beyond implausible.

As WF has pointed out several times the comment that he sent them a week ago when there was no threat and no storm doesn't make sense. You just keep ignoring facts though.
