just listened to Peter King talk about it on 98.7... said that he saw him early on in training camp and they commented with scouts about how he looked in great shape, was running well and lost about 10 to 15 lbs. Was surprised by the cut. He is known to be a good, effective, and willing blocking tight end with good hands. Asked if he would be a good fit for the Jets, he said "Well if I were in the market for a tight end who could block, I would certainly look into Chris Cooley right now"...
