WHen I worked late there was one train I could make....if I missed it...I was stuck til like 0230 in the morning. Nothing more depressing, especially mid-week.

I always hated missing the train or needing to take a dump at Penn Station.

The ride home from the city last night was a comedy of errors. I got out of a concert, and took the subway to Penn. It took a long time for the 1 to arrive but it finally did and Though it would be close, I would still arrive at Penn about 5 minutes early to catch my train.

Or so I thought.

For some reason when we hit the 42 St station, we just sat there with the doors open.

The longer we sat there, the more I considered getting off the train and making a run for it. Then I calculated the time until my train and my blazing fast speed and realized I would probably miss my train by a half hour.

By the time we started moving, I realized the conductor was obviously f***ing with me because he had waited just long enough to make me think I had a chance to still catch my train.

The second the doors flew open, I ran for the train and realized it was too late.

Nothing more fun that Waiting for a late train at Penn..

I catch the train home and I start nodding off. so I decide to set my alarm on my phone but I wasted the last of my battery posting the stupid pictures.

Fell asleep on the train and woke up three stops past mine.

Fortunately there was a cab there and I just went home. Picked my car up this morning.

Guess the rumors were false. No way these guys are organized enough to go on strike. Too bad, I think you would make an awesome replacement mod.

He's definitely in like the top 50 for potential replacements.

Edit: Maybe 100.
