This is what angers me about Rex

It seems to me Rex NEVER threatens his players. The one common trait between Parcells and Bellichick was that they were never afraid to replace anyone. Anytime they saw someones play slip they would almost immediately get replaced.

Rex repleced Kerry Rhodes in the starting lineup in 2009. I thought it did great things for the team. Rhodes fought like a bastard to get his starter title back. During the playoffs, I thought Rhodes played exceptionally well.

Has he done it since?

WHY doesn't Rex go after the players? Why doesn't he just start replacing players where he thinks the unit is weakest?

Because to me the bottom line is this team has a lot of players who are vastly overpaid. It's time for the players to start to prove their worth.
