What do we address first?

This team has literally 0 playmakers on offense. All Greene does is run into the backs of his blockers and fall down. He is a starting #2 just likes Holmes is a #2 WR. This team has too many holes to fill to be taken serious at all. End of the day the Jets are just not a good team. With that being said, what do we address first?

Let me lay out the reality for you:

Our QB situation-bleak
Our RB situation-terrible
Our WR situation-pathetic
Our LB situation-3 starters are old and will be gone next year
Our S situation-both on 1 year contracts
Our OL situation-Howard ain't cutting it, Moore is old, and Slauson/Vlad is questionable at best.

This team is in dire straights next year. I said in another thread I root for Sanchez because at least with a QB you always have a chance, but reality tells me we just don't have a QB.......or a chance.

First thing you need to do is get a new GM and let him pick his own coach. Anything short of that will be just more delaying of the inevitable.

running back is the easiest. Philly has a kid on the practice squad just waiting to show his stuff

Given that we haven't had a pass rush since the ice age and our LBs are slow and old I would build a shut down D. Second, we need a good OC not a throw away like Sparano. Finally the right side of the O L needs to be addressed.

Tanny has hired 2 coaches, had multiple top 10 picks, it should be over for him. Get a new GM and start over
