Pro's & Cons of Santonio's...

Injury.

Pro's
1. we get to develop other young receivers
2. greedy selfish Santonio stays home
3. We have a higher draft pick?

Cons
1. We lose more games b/c even though the smurf is a pain he is a playmaker
2. He wasn't a #1 and now we have nothing remotely close to 1
3. Our RBs need to wakeup and smell the coffee b/c they are below the league average.
4. Doubtful Holmes will help now and will rather sit home and collect a fat check...unlike Testaverde did after a season ending torn Achilles..

Gentlemen, ladies, & kids please comment/discuss.

Watch today's Giants game where the recievers jump 5 feet into the air, make the catch, and Eli looks good. Compare to holMEs throwing his hands into the air with an "how could I possibly catch that?" look and attitude.

Why waste an IR spot on him, dump his ass and get some money back if he gets picked up.

Great point. He's always claiming he was held etc when he doesn't catch the ball.

We can only wish to dump him. No one wants him he's a solid football player, but a cancer for team chemistry.

Having a high draft pick is a pro, but I didn't wait all summer (and spring) to have a crappy Jets season. I wish he was playing but if this means he wont be on the team next year, I"m all for a losing season.

....change my mind. I want the Jets to win now!! Lets start by beating the overated Texans.
