With that said, this entire situation is a product of a flawed system. You can't blame them for legally doing what is in their best interests. Reform is needed, and the solution lies with a simplified tax code that encourages investment in American workers.

What would that look like? The tax code is the bloated mess it is in part due to the addition of rules to encourage or discourage behaviors. Flat or Fair tax are the only ways to go.

I disagree. Simplified progressive income tax code with lower rates across the board and removed deductions. Simplified corporate tax code with removed deductions and lower rates for employers who meet certain American hiring and/or advancement thresholds.
