I fell asleep. Lately, I wind up watching Two Broke Girls, and several other shows I've missed after nodding out, on the weekends via On Demand.

But I'm telling you, that chick drives me insane. Something about her smile and long legs.

Here's the upgraded one I have owned for at least eight years. Works like a champ.

Got a link for that one? TIA.

I seem to go through these things like butter.

I bought it through Professional Cutlery Direct, which does not appear to be in business any longer. A quick look online showed that these folks sell the DeltaTrak unit I own. At $17.50 it's a steal. Think I paid $25.

In that scene, I would munch/f**k Beth Behr's into the afterlife (most likely mine). Thanks for posting it, Tim. I'll watch the full episode tonight.

Thanks.

We don't have that, but I have something just like it called a "rectol" or "rectil" thermometer or something. Can I use that?

I'm getting there. If my son were older, and out of the house, I would go eat at some restaurant. Then spend the rest of the day watching football and getting loaded. Much like I will do tomorrow, except I'll do the cooking, too.

Have a great Thanksgiving, southpark.

Season it normally. Season the inside too.

Upside down is a good way to cook it but you need a rack in your roasting pan to make sure it does not stick. You don't want to tear the skin.

IMO cheese cloth is overkill. Baste it a couple of times an hour or so and the skin will be fine.

Get a good digital thermometer.
We don't have a roasting pan with a rack in it.

We have a disposable tin pan with handles; will that work?

I hope you're joking, SAR. Those things are a POS and dangerous. Nothing like spilling hot turkey juices all over yourself, or the kids, because the cheap disposable pan collapsed.

Go out and buy yourself a sturdy roasting pan with a "V" rack. You can get good deals on them anywhere. Buy good and you'll have it for years.

If FF2 were a rapist, his Dexter style process would definitely somehow include one of those.
