I say give the Rex/Tanny tandem one more season. When Tanny put the horses on the team, Rex coached them well above average. The result was back to back AFC Championships. Give them one more season with the caveat, make the playoffs or lose your jobs.

The players that need to go are Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow. That's a good starting point.
