Even with out Revis we should have a great defense this year. We have the talent.yet we are near the bottom of the league. Yes I could accept having a bad year if we were at least playing good defense. With a more even keel coach I might be leary of moving on ,like I did not want to fire Mangini. Guys like Schwartz in Detroit,Rex they are great for a few years then they burn a team out
We didn't only lose two players, we lost several players, and several more from game to game that have only played half a season to this point.

The Ravens spin is laughable, started fast, they've had the benefit of playing teams like Browns, Raiders, and the Steelers with their back-up and 3rd string QB's, those are some of the breaks that can also help a team. I think the Ravens will fizzle, Steelers too.

Thats not the point, they were ready to have a parade after the 2010 season. They were patting themselves on the back thinking how smart they were. The reality was that the team was in the process of getting worse, and they failed to recognize it.

I appreciate your enthusiasm but this team needs fixing starting with the QB,
who is a turnover machine.

So ****ing what? Why shouldn't they have? They had a relatively successful season.

The reality is they were getting worse? That is a ****ing crock of ****. The team has regressed in the wins/losses department, which obvioulsy is the only thing that matters, but there have been various factors for it, not all of which are black and white like so many of the angry fans here screaming for a regime change have a clue about. The injuires the team is dealing with this year were obviously not apart of the plan.

The QB play most definitely needs to be fixed. I'm just not yet ready to give up on Sanchez to fix the position.

More irony, from the king of whining.

You're the first to cry about personal attacks, yet you continue to do it, and derail threads in the process.

You have no interest in posting about football or the Jets, just fulfilling your petty little agenda with me. You're a real tough guy.

I don't necessarily think he's a great head coach, but I would say that he worked well with Bradway/Tannenbaum.

They definitely had good players. But I don't pine for Mangini.

Just as I won't cry when Rex is deservedly fired after a complete no-show against one of the Jets top rivals.

But you ARE whining.

As for who thinks they're a tough guy? My signature illustrates THAT.

Your act is well known here, I'm not the only one on this board who knows this.

I have no act, it's all very real. Take your signature and shove it up your ass!

I was a huge Mangini fan, felt he was let go prematurely, but he did lose the team, and that can't happen.

I think he still will become a very good NFL head coach, but he's got to make that adjustment as Coughlin once did.
