Realistically speaking...this team was poorly engineered from last year and no real improvement was made.

Knowing this team we'll probably play Sanchez and deactivate McElroy even though Tebow will have fractured ribs and play zero snaps that is defended with the logic he's in too much pain even though he's the only available backup which absolutely wouldn't make any sense since they could have deactived him instead.

Wait this already happened?

what woody needs to do is bring some gm's from outside the organization to give it a hard objective look. he needs to bring them on asap so that they can see the team during the season as opposed to during training camps, etc. woody will need to make whatever changes as soon as the season ends.

I don't think anything will happen. But I do think Tanny/Rex had to meet with Woody Johnson already and SOMEONE had to explain to Woody why Greg McElroy was not active for the game. That move was clearly irresponsible on the part of someone, probably Rex.

Something has to happen... we can't go through another 5 games like the last one. They quit dammit. Somebody need to kick some butt (with a foot not a face,) but that's kind of hard to do with all the guaranteed money there.
