Steelers only have a tie breaker over the Jets if they are the only two 9-7 teams. Conference record it the tie breaker in a three way tie. Steelers and Bengals already have 5 conference losses. Colts still have two games vs Houston.

If the Jets somehow do win out (unlikely) they would most likely get in.
