Great. The guy who has been sticking with Sanchez when any other coach on the planet in the history of the game would have yanked him, and Sanchez has to go make the guy feel extra crappy about his decision by making him say it to his face.

Sanchez should have walked up to Rex and thanked him for his incredible patience and thousand-mile-long rope.
