With Pitt and Indy winning = we're done

even if we win the next 4, we can't get in.

With Pitt especially.

But the addition of McElroy into this mix and the development of certain players like Hill and Wilkerson makes this season not without value.

Seeing Charlie Batch's reaction to that win was touching. I feel happy for him. He played his heart out there today.

probably gonna end up in the worst possible position in terms of lack of success and weak draft pick

So did the rest of the team. Rex benching Sanchez put every single player on the roster on notice. Their jobs are also not safe.

This move will bring out the best in the Jets team.

+1

You see that shot he took from Ngata? I've seen QBs pack it in after one of those.

I went to the playoff machine to look at what would happen if the Jets supposedly run the table to 9-7.

Our main competition are the Steelers, who are now 7-5 and have the tiebreaker. They would have to lose 3 of their next 4 for us to get in.

They play San Diego, Dallas, Cincinnati, and Cleveland. The odds of that happening are very poor.

So we probably are done. But like I said, there is value left in this season thanks to the QB switch and the development of several players.

Plus the Bengals just won so now its a real slim chance that they and pittsburgh loose enough games for us to sneak in

Charlie Batch showed a lot of guts today. Truly courageous performance.

We've been done. Let's see what we have in McElroy and who cares about wins.

We actually can own a tiebreaker over Cincy due to conference winning percentage.

Pitt is the real problem
