First off, welcome aboard.

I'm confident that the Jets ticket office will take care of you once the season is over. If not by relocating the pole, they will find a location that suits your needs and move you there no charge. The turmoil of this season will mean that a lot of people will be defaulting on their loans and will be sued; you will merely take one of those locations.

Not that you need to spend more money, but I would guess a legal letter from a lawyer would likely get something like this done.

The Jets don't need any more negative press.

A public lawsuit about screwing their fans isn't a good idea...

It's my guess they'll remove the pole.

LOL I am not currently a ticket holder but I was at Shea and I feel for you guys who spent so much hard earned money to sit out, freeze your a$$e$ off, and see watch garbage week in and week out. I do of course, remember how it feels, although my tickets were $450 for the season back then.
