Just checked weatherunderground, the weather pattern shifted. Sunday is now beautiful and Monday now looks crappy. Whew. Looks much better in HD that way.

Put my order in with Lafrieda today. They are going to individually shrink wrap the burgers in groups of 3 so they will be fresh without having to freeze. I bumped them from 6oz to 7oz as well. Our chuck/short rib/brisket blend.
