They are quiet. Little or nothing from their head coaches, except the standard "play hard stuff" THey are a non story and they stay that way. They mind their own business and, while they probably take shots from their local media, it becomes a non story.

They also don't have drama queens for an owner, coach and a GM who go out and sign big name, controversial players like Farve, Tebow and give STUPID extensions to mediocre QB's

If the Jets started ignoring or deflecting the NY and National media, and started making solid football decisions the attention would subside, not go away, but subside. Oh by the way, they just might start winning footballs as well.

Give Rex Ryan Brady, and we'd have already won 2 SB's, maybe 3

Give any head coach tom brady and that is a likely scenario. That has nothing to do with ryan and bellichek being anything alike.

Because nobody else was going to take him. If its known around the league that brady is not a draftable player, why would you take him in the 1st round? You would stack your team with picks and take him later in the draft.

In my fantasy draft this year I loved doug martin. But I did not take him in the 1st round cause I knew his draft value.

Because he knew teams, just like the Jets, would pass on him 6 times.

Why waste a #1 when BB knew he'd be there in the 6th?

You can't seriously think that.

Rex is a buffoon who benefited from Mangini's personnel decisions and player development.

There are tons of coaches who have been blessed by more talented QBs than Brady but Belichick has developed him into one of the best QBs in history. He could have easily torpedoed Brady's development.

What he's built in NE is never going to be matched in our lifetime. Free agency was supposed to make sure what they're doing over there don't happen.

You can take shots at Sanchez all day.

But reality is, that he walked into Foxboro in a playoff game, and kicked Brady and The Pats a$$

We will/he will always have that

Yeah, because BB knows nothing about offense, game planning, personnel evaluation and development, and constantly yaps in public about how great he is and his team, too.

Don't be so obtuse. NO ONE thought Brady a 1st round talent. Or a 2nd, 3rd, etc. Pats didn't need another QB at the time, but when he got all the way to the 6th round, BB couldn't pass him up.

Remember, BB kept FOUR QBs on the roster that year because he was afraid if he stuck Brady on the practice squad he'd lose him. So he gets some credit there. Like it or not.

So what? Cleveland was a horrible team. What, you expect him to take them to the Super Bowl? WTF?

As it is he got a crap team to the playoffs in 3 years. His final year crapped out because the team learned it was moving to Baltimore.

Rex sucks. He is not fit for a head coaching job in the NFL. I'm not even sure he's a good DC seeing how the Jet's D had gotten worse. Comparing him to BB is a joke.
