I'm now leaning toward these boots (pricier than I anticipated). Custom cut
to a tracing of your foot . Money will be laundered so wife doesn't throw fit.

WHo is doing the measuring, dingus?

Wearing your boot socks, stand on a sheet of paper. Distribute your weight evenly on both feet. Holding a pencil straight up and down, have someone else trace the outline each foot. It's okay to overlap tracing lines.

Have someone else measure the circumference of your foot at the heel, instep and ball with the paper tape provided, as shown on the diagram. Gently pull tape snug. (For an accurate measure, sit down and cross the leg of the foot to be measured over your other leg at the knee.

Have someone else measure around your leg at 6", 8", 10", 12", 14" and 16" internals from heel to desired boot height. Example: if you want a 10" height boot, send us your 6", 8" and 10" measurements.

Indicate your size of boot or shoe normally worn.

This ends with you trying to squeeze the muppet boots on like OJ with the glove, complete with theatrical grimace and hopping.

Then, because your wife would question why these things are hanging around without being worn, and you obviously cant return them, you immediately have to go outside and bury them.

So, save yourself some time and just go bury 387 bucks next to the chicken coop.

Cut to a shack in the woods -- Timmy standing barefoot on a piece of lined notebook paper whilst his rube neighbor crudely tries to trace his feet with a pencil nub. Sweet Monday afternoon.

Couldn't he put his foot on a piece of paper and then sprinkle chicken feed all around it? Then the chickens would peck an outline of his foot.

Comedy gold.

Sadly, this is also the same reason why I don't buy any new clothes. So I don't have to hear the whole "When did you get this?" and "Where did this come from?"

How does one measure a "club foot?"

You might just be better off dipping your tootsies in ink, leaving the print on some paper, and mailing that in. Unless of course you have hobbit feet.
