I like Tebow, I'm a fan, but his limitations are obvious. He could have helped this team win a few more games than Sanchez did this year, but that time is passed and he'll be elsewhere in 2013. Honestly, Greg and Tim bring (at least) one big advantage that Mark doesn't: they don't turn the ball over. They generally make smart decisions and don't turn the ball over.

Simply not turning the ball over makes them loads better than Intchez.

This team would be 8-4, maybe 9-3 with a QB who didn't turn the ball over at the rate he does.

As much as having a Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, etc. would be awesome, this team just needs a game manager who doesn't turn the ball over.

Exactly. The Mark Sanchez experiment failed and, unfortunately, some don't even realize it.

People act as though benching Mark for either of these guys would be like benching Brady for Mallet. It's not like we'd be benching a true franchise QB. We'd be benching a turn-over machine in favor of a productive QB who will manage the game and make smart decisions.

Down 26-29 with about 7:35 in OT, the Jets need at least a FG to tie the game and continue OT. Mark takes the snap, drops back, back peddles, gets sacked and fumbles the ball, Pats recover to end the game.

The Jets had the lead in regulation when the jets d steps on the field. The offense never saw the field again until they were down by 3 in overtime. The defense had a chance to win the game in regulation and couldn't. They also couldn't stop them in to. You act like the pats have scored on every possession this year. This defense has multiple high draft picks over the last three years and has not shown up in big moments. The offense and special teams put the jets in a position to win that game in regulation and the defense lost it.

Sanchez had the ball last needing only 3 to keep the game going. He fumbled and ended the game for us. That play lost the game. It's pretty simple, buddy.

1st Q: TD
2nd Q: Nothing
3rd Q: TD
4th Q: Nothing
OT: Nothing

Our D held Tom Brady's Offense to FOURTEEN points. The rest of their points came from 2 FGs, a safety (when Mark kicked the ball out of the back of the endzone), and a punt returned for a TD.

There was NO way we should have drafted this kid. We had a game manager in Kelly Clemens and there were veterans out there to be had to back him up if he faltered.

The Jets D is okay, much better then the O but it isn't good. When the O doesn't score points team don't have to throw the ball and take risks with the ball.

The D had a great chance to win the NE game outright and couldn't. They absolutely blew chunks in the 2 AFC finals when the D was substantially better and it's no surprise to me that the Dallas D that is loaded with talent is also not that good. The Ryan boys D is highly overmatched under today's NFL rules.

Mediocre D and awful O. The schedule of junk the NFL keeps throwing at us is more of an indicator of how crappy the league is.
