I think Detroit has higher waiver priority than us and could use a WR since they've basically banned Titus Young from the team.

Our waiver priority wouldn't matter, if reports are correct - the Jets aren't planning to claim him (and his contract) on waivers, they want to wait until he clears waivers and then sign him to a new (presumably cheaper) contract. He would need to pass by all 32 teams on waivers unclaimed before that could happen. Strange if true, because I can't imagine he is on a big contract at the moment.

If this is true and BE knows or suspects this through his agent, he better be on a flight to NY as we speak to be ready to go ASAP.
