Whatever Mark Sanchez wants he gets. Even if it means bringing back a receiver that was cut by two different teams since 2010 and called the heads of the Jets "idiots".

Braylon just got cut mid-season, how's he making demands for a number or attempting to pull rank on anyone at this point?

I've been told not to rule out the possibility that Braylon Edwards could be more than 3-game rental for the Jets. #nyj

Reminds me when Costanza was hired by the Yankees. He calls out Steinbrenner to his face, telling him how much a disaster he is and lamenting all of the terrible things he's done to the franchise, and Big Stein's response is: "Hire this man!"

That's the Jets. If everything I've ever done is wrong, the opposite must be right.

I am not expecting too much, but I am not surprised or upset by this move. This is a move that actually makes sense. This FO hasn't had many decisions like that in a while. I don't think Braylon is the same player he was when he was here last, if he was Seattle wouldnt of let him go and he would be habing a better year. That being said, he and Mark had great chemistry and perhaps there is something to that. Can we run the table and sneak into the playoffs? Unlikely, but crazier things have happened in sports. That is why they play the games. I will always root for this team to win! Go Jets!

Who said he was making a demand for 17? The OP asked a question.

+With beard or without?

A diminished Braylon is still better than all the other Jets WR's combined.

He isn't the same player anymore. These last two years have proven that.

If you're expecting him to make an impact, you're gonna be disappointed.
This. Although our WR corps is so thin right now, he'll get snaps by default. Seahawks have an average WR corps and he couldn't even hang onto a roster spot. Niners were thin at WR last year and they dumped him too. He must have really fallen off a cliff with his playing ability, which I'm guessing will continue to show on a team that is awful passing the football to begin with

Typical Tanny dunce move. Before he's played a down, let's give Edwards a five year no cut contract. Then, next Spring, extend him another two years at double the salary.

Biggest hack in the biz.

If I truly cared, I'd pull up all his NFL.com articles from the beginning of the season how Sanchez was going to have a breakout year and we were going to go 10-6.

Now he can't get enough of trashing the team.

How many times have you called the FO the same?? Mark is getting a receiver he is familiar with and he is also a great option considering what is available.

LOL

Have you been under a rock these last two years?

He's been cut by two seperate playoff teams and didn't make it through a full season with either of them.

If you think we're getting the same guy from '09 or '10...then prepare to be severely disappointed when he's back on the market in 3 weeks.
