NFL.Com Power Rankings

We are up two spots to 23 .... But the fact I found very interesting ....

.... Mark Sanchez is the 34th ranked QB in the league ... A league that consists of 32 teams ... That means he is worse than not only every single starter, but also two backups ... You can't make this up !

What does that tell you about our backups?

It tells me that at least one of them has to be better than our starter. $adly we're wedded to or started.

Guise be patient. We have been very vanilla on offense. Makes no sense to show our hands so early in the season. I know Sparano and Sanchez are sitting on some great plays. Can't wait until we unleash the wildcat.

Ray, sg3 and Jet Nut do not approve of this thread. Probably feel it has been discussed too much and demonstrates evidence that posters are not real Jets Fans. Should really go to root for another team.

Fixed.

P.S. all of those characterizations have been said in the past few days.

I've not seen where everyone was ranked, but in Mark's defense the Niners, Titans, Eagles, Steelers, and Chiefs have had at least 2 qb's start 2 or more games, and I believe the Cards have had 3, so that's 34 out of 39 for Sanchez, placing him within the top 87% of QBs in the entire NFL.

I wonder which 5 guys are behind him. My money would be on Cassel, Vick, Lindsey, Skelton, and Kolb.

btw...did you guys watch SNY Jets post game when pathetic Rex was standing at SUCKYS locker rubbing his back after the game he got benched!!!!!

can you imagine a great head coach such as parcels, belichick, cowher or coughlin ever doing such a thing!!! that video footage ended my support for rex ryan as our head coach.....he is too much of a player suckup to make it in the nfl.

That's ok, he needs to hit rock bottom before he starts to light it up...Is this rock bottom?

Even TX's Grandmother is ranked higher than Sanchize, she knows to get rid of the ball and not take the damn sack

If we are being honest with ourselves is it really all that clear that Sanchez is a better QB than Henne at this point? I am certainly not sure any more that Henne is worse.
