Really the best way to improve as a franchise is to be the 25th best team with the 18th pick in the draft.

Tanny and Rex are executing this plan to perfection.

Rex will even screw this up and finish higher with a lower draft pick.

He's shooting for the playoffs !!

You guys that are all screaming for the team to lose, in order to secure a higher draft pick...

What makes you think a higher draft pick is going to be that much more valuable to actually cheer against your team? What were the two best draft picks the Jets had in the first round?

With what pick was Revis Drafted?
With what pick was Mangold Drafted?

What about Wilkerson? (who's starting to look VERY good)

Let's play to win and do the best with whatever pick we get, our high picks haven't been home-runs ...

Hey buddy enjoy it while it last because the clock is ticking on Tom Brady. Very good chance in about 2 years you have a scrub QB leading your team.

So enjoy your once in a lifetime QB because that lifetime is almost up.

The dumb mentality of it can't get any worse doesn't fly. Just watch Skelton and Lindley. Those two are far worse than Sanchez. As much as I hate Sanchez, at least he's capable of a decent game here and there.

Just think this shows that Rex has done a tremendous job managing to win so many games with such garbage at the QB position. He's partly to blame for that, but still remains the case.

Kaepernick has looked pretty pathetic at times. Even Sanchez was able to handle St Louis. CK kept giving the ball away in that game.

That's absolutely true. There's no floor for how bad a team can be when the QB simply doesn't belong in the NFL. That Lindley cat showed how bad an offense with Larry Fitz on it could suck if you don't have a QB. The 1-15 Dolphins were not all that terrible other than having a rookie John Beck under Center.

There's no quantifying how far the fall is when you don't have a QB who can play.

Jets fans are pathetic... Now I know why everyone hates on us.

****ting on your own quarterback like this... wow.

Whatever happened to rooting for your team? Sure, he hasn't been great so far this season, but every game is a chance to have a good game. We know what Mark is capable of, let's support him and maybe he can take us on another miraculous run deep into the playoffs. He's done it two out of his three seasons so far.

Because Sanchez was so much more effective than Lindley in that game?

Sanchez Zero point - 3 turnovers. Lindley 6 points - 1 turnover

who was worse?

They were both horrible. One of the worst combined dual QB performances I've ever seen.

Am I mistaken or did Sanchez actually get benched in that game? At least Sanchez has somewhat of a track record in this league. He hasn't improved (and actually regressed to a certain extent) like any of us wanted, but he's proven better than Ryan Lindley thus far. Hardly something worth calling your parents about, of course.
