why don't teams just throw back shoulder passes more often?

Sanchez does, when the wr is running free and no one is within 20 yards of the WR.

sideline reporter Alex Flanagan: cool info on AJ Green about his juggling since he was 6 or 7. might sound corny to a lot of the audience, but that is good stuff. it says Green was better than you growing up and he made good on his talents. good for him

but, in Sanchez's defense, he does point downfield toward the receiver with that blank, mouth wide-open expression and blame the WR after the incompletion. and then look at the sideline with same expression. just like a good QB is supposed to ... insert smily of your choice here

Nice awareness by Foles there.

Two hands on the ball. Go figure.

Explain to me how a 9-7 Jets don't finish in 6th place and in the playoffs in that scenario?
I will.

Use your exact same scenario but give cincy a win tonight. Jets are still the 6 seed as they would win tiebreaker over cincy with better conference record. There is no scenario where a cincy loss tonight benefits the Jets...it's very weird, I know, but accurate.

They’re not the Bungles for nothing. If they lose tonight, they don’t win another game for the rest of the season.

Foles not looking bad at all. Making good decisions, taking care of the football, hitting his receivers consistently, very aware of what's going on in the pocket and stepping up to make plays.

God damn it, why can't we have that?

This is why its so fun to be in the playoff chase. The post season, and the chance it brings to somehow catch fire and win the holy grail is so damn alluring.

And so painful once the team is out of it.

GO JETS!!!
