A friend of mine owns a wine bar here in AZ. Bank called loan,thought he was gonna lose the place. We were talking about it and a patron over heard the conversation. Turns out to be a commercial real estate lawyer who jumped in to negotiate with bank. Guy gets to keep his wine bar and livelihood. Plus I get to keep my Wednesday gig spot 😀
