My kid comes home from college today for winter break. His original flight was cancelled due to poor weather...but he arrives at the airport in 4 hours!

Rubbed three baby back rib racks today. Marinating overnight in the fridge and will be going 2-2-1 in the smoker tomorrow effective 11am tomorrow.

With baby backs, 2-2-1 is preferred. Two hours in smoker, wrap them in foil and go another two, remove the foil and go one more hour. I'm still sticking with that, but the friggin rain is messing with the temperatures.
